Creative Diagnostics has developed highly sensitive monoclonal antibody pairs against the nucleoprotein and spike antigens of SARS-CoV-2. These antibodies were screened from thousands of clones and chosen for their high sensitivity and specificity in lateral flow applications.

Performance

• Designed to work on saliva samples (no lysis required)

• Can also detect the D614G strain, the UK variant and the South African variant

• Recognize a linear epitope-binding is not conformation-dependent

• Does not cross-react with SARS-CoV, HCoV-229E, HCoV-HKU1, HCoV-NL63, and HCoV-OC43

• Sensitivity: Can detect SARS-CoV-2 trimeric spike protein down to ~300 pg/mL by using TMB substrate in ELISA assay.
