📚 Scope of the Journal

Publishing Economic Frameworks, Business Systems & Sovereign Market Innovation Across SIM, LIKEMS & Education 6.0

📈 Strategic Enterprise Development & Sovereign                  Business Modelling

This theme reimagines enterprise not merely as profit machinery, but as a civic architecture for continental development. JSBE publishes frameworks that position business design as strategic infrastructure, exploring sovereign business models rooted in Education 6.0, diagnostic logic, and systems theory. Contributors examine enterprise formation, ownership ethics, and operational sovereignty — where African institutions engineer markets as dignified engines of autonomy, not dependency.

💰 Financial Systems, Continental Markets & Inclusive         Growth Architectures

This theme addresses the systemic engineering of finance, from liquidity ecosystems to inclusive capital platforms. JSBE foregrounds continental financial design — exploring currency logic, multilateral investment vehicles, and inclusive growth protocols that protect civic dignity and redistribute access. Research advances structural alternatives to extractive financing, and proposes policy-linked financial architectures attuned to regional innovation, interinstitutional credit, and sovereign circulation models.

📊 Economic Integration, Trade Policy & Institutional           Economics

This theme examines how African nations and institutions forge trade corridors, harmonize regulation, and negotiate value across borders. JSBE publishes work on regional blocs, trade diplomacy, and institutional economic structures that resist neocolonial patterns while fostering negotiated interdependence. Contributors analyze how Education 6.0 logic informs economic interface design, and how strategic integration becomes a tool of asset coordination, policy authorship, and continental resilience.

🧾 Public Finance, Regulatory Strategy & Asset                     Sovereignty

Here, JSBE treats public finance as a diagnostic discipline — where regulation is authored not just to control but to credential institutional agency. Contributors explore budget frameworks, fiscal diagnostics, and asset protection strategies calibrated to sovereign delivery. The theme also publishes legal and economic thinking around licensing logic, taxation ecosystems, and regulatory reform — where compliance serves dignity, and governance becomes infrastructural stewardship.

🔐 Digital Business, E-Governance & Platform                          Economics

This theme probes the architecture of digital enterprise and e-governance platforms as sovereign market interfaces. JSBE invites work on fintech systems, digital market design, and economic automation under Education 6.0 credentialing protocols. Research explores platform ethics, algorithmic commerce, and civic data governance, positioning digital business as both economic engine and public service infrastructure. Contributors treat digital economy not as disruption, but as constitutional bandwidth.

🌍 Entrepreneurship, Cooperative Economics & SDG-          Linked Innovation

Entrepreneurship here is reframed as social infrastructure — credentialed for moral imagination, public value, and SDG alignment. JSBE explores cooperative economics, venture logic, and impact-led innovation models where business serves community, legacy, and intergenerational resilience. Contributors publish frameworks for youth entrepreneurship, municipal enterprise incubation, and policy-linked business pedagogies that restore dignity to entrepreneurial authorship.

Editorial Introduction

Journal of Strategic Business and Economics (JSBE)

The Journal of Strategic Business and Economics (JSBE) is Springfield Research University’s economic publishing arm, devoted to structuring markets, credentialing enterprise logic, and restoring agency to economic institutions across Africa and the Global South.

JSBE moves beyond classical economics and transactional business models — foregrounding sovereign design, policy infrastructure, and enterprise ecosystems rooted in Education 6.0. Contributors architect frameworks for public finance, strategic entrepreneurship, dignified labor systems, and regional trade integration. Research is calibrated for operational relevance and institutional agency, not abstract modeling.

JSBE advances SIM-aligned systems thinking, LIKEMS-driven market design, and civic credentialing pathways for economic actors at all levels. In this journal, entrepreneurship is pedagogy. Economics is constitutional. And business becomes a tool of sovereignty and social structure.
